GIS offers ISO 17025 accredited calibrations (and preventive maintenance) for all the main components of a tensile or flexural testing system
Load cells: ASTM E4 or ISO 7500-1 calibrations for tensions and compression load cells. :Tension: up to 50,000 lbf & Compression: up to 300,000 lbf
Extensometers per ASTM E83 or ISO 9513, to ASTM E83 Class B-1 or ISO 9513 Class 0.5
Universal Testing Machine load frames – per ASTM E2309 and ASTM E2658
GIS also offers a complete preventive maintenance (PM) package for Tensile and Flex testers. Our service engineers performed a detailed PM, complete with PM documentation detailing the results of all of the checks performed.
