There are number of factors that contribute to the accuracy of HDT or Vicat testing results. It is therefore critical that the accuracy of these components are calibrated on a regular basis to ensure they are all within the specified tolerances
GIS’ ISO 17025 HDT and Vicate tester calibrations will ensure your test instrument meets the requirements of the ASTM D646, ASTM D1525, ISO 75 and ISO 306 test methods. Whether you perform Vicat or HDT testing, we calibrate the entire units as a system, for temperature, loading, deflection, dimensional and ramp rate accuracy to name a few.
